The UCBMA is a group of enthusiastic local merchants networking to promote Union Centre.
We are able to showcase our businesses, meet others involved in promoting the area and work to make all of our businesses more successful. Additionally, we are involved in creating awareness of important community issues that affect all of us.
Our Mission
To promote the Union Centre Boulevard Central Business District as the business and retail center of West Chester by supporting existing businesses and encouraging new commerce within the Union Centre Boulevard corridor.

Shamrock Shuffle
Join us for the our Sixth Annual Shamrock Shuffle - the time when Our Community comes together, neighbors and businesses alike, to celebrate community, wellness and of course, St. Patrick's Day.
The Shamrock Shuffle now in its 6th Year has become one of West Chester’s Signature Events. The Union Centre Boulevard Merchant Association (UCBMA) and West Chester Township have again joined with The Community Foundation of West Chester/Liberty to host the 2012 Shamrock Shuffle 5K & 10K, Breakfast and Block Party on Saturday, March 10, 2012.
Like years past, this year’s event will feature a 5K & 10K Race/Walk and the Ikea Leprechaun Lap that will conclude at The Square @ Union Centre and Dingle House Irish Pub with our famous “Kegs and Eggs” breakfast and Block Party.
